Do you live in florida and where?

ok i live in Milton [ pace ] florida where in florda do you live if you live in florida?

Do you live in florida and where?

I have a house in Florida. It is Destin... and we love it! And my uncle lives in Pensacola. My brother and his family live in Destin too... but our beach house isn't by theirs... its like 10 miles away.

If you haven't been to Destin.. you should visit sometime. I will have to visit Milton... I have never been there.

I live in Missouri but our vacation house is in Destin... I didn't know if you would understand that from the first sentance... lol

Do you live in florida and where?

I live in West Palm Beach Florida

Do you live in florida and where?

I don't live in Florida... I live in Missouri.

Do you live in florida and where?

Orlando...and was born in Orlando.

My dad was born in downtown Orlando on the back porch of a house.

My mom, however, was born in Alturas in a little house in the middle of a grapefruit grove. Alturas is a little speck of a place off Highway 60 between Lake Wales and Bartow.

Milton is in the panhandle, correct?

Do you live in florida and where?

i live in Tampa Florida for almost a year now..

Do you live in florida and where?

I live any place in Florida I desire. My home is mobile, diesel powered motorhome, so if I get tired of where I'm at, I move.

I used to live in Orlando, what a drag. My family has lived in Orlando since my Mother was a little girl, she's now 95. With as large as my extended family is, I guess we'll always be there.

At the moment I'm volunteering on the Mid-West coast area. It is feeling like time to move since it's getting warm. I'm parked on a concrete runway on an airport and had to run both A/C's today.

Tomorrow I may go looking for some shade. There's none on an airport. I may look up your way. Santa Rosa Island may have some shade. I do know that Big Bayou State Park has shade.

Last year was Alaska for most of the summer. Didn't need shade up there.

Do you live in florida and where?

I lived in Jax for almost four years, but I came back home, I am a native Missourian. I do have family that live in Palm Beach so I go down there a few times a year.

Do you live in florida and where?

I've lived in Panama City, Tallahassee, Bristol, Jacksonville, and Ft. Lauderdale.

Do you live in florida and where?

I live in Bradenton, about an hour south of Tampa.

Do you live in florida and where?

West Palm Beach a place called Greenacres~ It has alot of traffic here and more to come with all the new construction....Thanks~

I live in a city and I'm trying to choose the right breed. Help!?

I live in Richmond, VA and I am trying to choose between a couple of wonderful breeds to be my second dog that I would like to purchase in November. I already own a active 2 year old mixed breed dog and I want not only a sister for him but also a marvelous dog to perform obedience, agility, or other dog sports with me. I also go on daily walks, occassional hikes and swims, and to many events with my dogs that mean they must be friendly with people. My favorite breeds of all time are Australian Shepherds and Border Collies and I know all the flaws behind them .. I just don't know if I can actually devote all that they need. I'm also very partial to golden retrievers, shetland sheep dogs, and american eskimo dogs. I live in a town home with a small yard to go potty in. Please help give me opinions and make the right choice! :)

I live in a city and I'm trying to choose the right breed. Help!?

I usually advise people against getting Border Collies, Belgian Sheep Dogs etc. but you seem to be clear about what they require and how to handle them - and it a really good sign that you are considering if you can give the dogs all they need.

I think it boils down to how much time you can spend activating your dogs every day. Two hours should do the trick provided you give them plenty of brain work. I have a high-active breed as well (Belgian Shepherd) whose activity level is just a notch below the Border Collies, this is not a dog that you can tire out physically, but a combination of physical and mental exercise and you won't have a dog that's climbing the walls. It is important that you also consciously teach you dog to relax, start with this already when it's a puppy. Another thing to remember is that with intelligent breeds you need to be a step ahead all the time and be in posession of a good sense of humour.

If you feel up to it, I would recommend the Australian Shepherd as it tends to have a lower activity level than the Border Collie. Shetland Sheepdogs will also require their fair share of activity, I'm not familiar with American Eskimo dogs, but otherwise a Golden Retriever is a good allround kind of dog - all depending how far you want to take a dog sport such as agility.

I live in a city and I'm trying to choose the right breed. Help!?

HEY Don't forget the Boston Terrier. They can be really active but also love to sit by your side. My male (10lbs) just got his 1st Q in reg agility..and only his 2nd trial. I have a very small yard and we play games inside - the ball is his favorite Report It

I live in a city and I'm trying to choose the right breed. Help!?

I have three poodles and they're extremely smart, agile, and beautiful. They don't need much exercise, but they still love it, and they're VERY loyal.

Get a springer spaniel. They are real smart and friendly and love to run around and stuff. %26amp;%26amp;Plus they are adorable!

I live in a city and I'm trying to choose the right breed. Help!?

i live in richmond too! :D but yeah um a golden retriever would be a really nice because they are active when the time is right but then peaceful and loving when its supposed to be we have a golden retriever female that is about 8 months old and she is great and she is the sweetest dog ever and she gets along great with our chiuaua and schnoodle and australian shepards and border collies are really great dogs but they do need a lot of room to run and they are herding dogs not city dogs but its entirely your decison and ive also heard about australian shepards being aggresive toward other animals but my grandfather has one and its a great dog but he also lives in new kent and has a huge back yard

I live in a city and I'm trying to choose the right breed. Help!?

Both the Aussies and Border Collies can be great for agility and obedience work- but you are right, they require a serious commitment on your part, if in doubt, I would go with something else. Did you know that you can get a limited registration for mixed breed dog to compete in agility and obedience?

I live in a city and I'm trying to choose the right breed. Help!?

my first thought when you said agility was a border collie, and you know their perks and flaws... ACD might be a good one, but have been told females can be a little aggressive with the other dogs of the same sex as they mature, so a male would be best?? That was one persons "opinion" that I do talk to, she has them, she herds, etc, shows....

I would not get a mixed breed, you never know what you are getting and if you have "plans" for the dog, you should get a dog that you know has the pedigree to back it up. Look for a breeder that has titled obedience, agility dogs, and hopefully conformation, then you will hopefully purchase a pup with the blooodlines to back it up...heck you might befriend the breeder and compete together on a team, wouldn't that be so much fun???

I live in a city and I'm trying to choose the right breed. Help!?

Go with a golden retriever they are loyal and inteligent and it sounds like a Golden or even a Lab would be a good match for you. Have fun with your dogs.

I live in a city and I'm trying to choose the right breed. Help!?

japanese ikita or border collie!very active!

I live in a city and I'm trying to choose the right breed. Help!?

Am Staffs would be a great choice.. very people friendly, owner--oriented, athletic, and easy to train. It does sound, though, like you prefer longhaired dogs.. but good luck in whatever choice you make. Also, you sound like you want a pure bred, and for agility and other tough sports, make sure that you buy from a breeder that has OFA'd the hips and elbows, and that you get the OK from your vet before starting any strenuous activities with your new pup. Have fun!

I live in a city and I'm trying to choose the right breed. Help!?

Personally, I can't deal with the yappyness of the Shelties or the American Eskimos.

I like Goldens... but they make me itch.. and depending on the breeder they can be as active as an Aussie or Border Collie. I had a Golden as a teenager, fantastic dog... smart and willing.

I've been a dog trainer for quite some time, and have seen a lot of breeds. I've lived with large dogs (Samoyeds and Bernese) in houses with small yards and in apartments... it really depends on the level of commitment you have to making sure the dog gets sufficient exercise and attention.

Personally, I'd consider a Samoyed... from a breeder who has working lines as well as show lines. The males tend to be a bit less active although a bit slower to train than the females. They are great at working when its time to work and sitting still when its not. Most well-bred ones have fantastic temperaments much like an Aussie's but have a bit less drive. They're an all-purpose utility dog in the arctic, capable of hauling a sledge, herding reindeer and hunting if necessary. In my eyes, they are prettier than an Eskie, with a more arctic shape and slant to the eye as well as a continual smile. They make fantastic agility dogs. They can be challenging if you're not someone who is used to being a leader. Most are food oriented (this is something *I* endeavor to keep intact in a pup as it is a great motivational training tool).... and will work on a pay system. They do require training FROM DAY ONE... especially in regards to the word "come". My dogs have never been runners (I also train dogs), but as a breed I usually tell people "they bark, dig, shed, and run away, why on earth do you want this dog?". They are not a breed for everyone... people either adore them or dislike them. (I wouldn't have even brought them up except your comment about liking Am. Eskimos). Feel free to email me for more information... no, *I* have no agenda and no pups.

I live in a city and I'm trying to choose the right breed. Help!?

Well, I have an English Springer Spaniel, her name is Zoey. She is a real devoted dog who loves to get out and do all the things that you mentioned. My aunt and uncle have one too. So do other people I know they are all fun and active, I recommend this breed, the only thing is that they love to run around in a big yard, but they generally don't need muck space to go to the bathroom. And as for the yard and running, a park would be a wonderful place to take them (English Springer), theyy love playing with other dogs and get alog GREAT! they also so enjoy chasing insects, sometimes their ears can be a bit hard to maintain, but bruhs them about 1 to 2 xs a week (ears) and (coats, 1 to 2 xs in 2 weeks ) and UR GOOD! hope that helps!

I live in a city and I'm trying to choose the right breed. Help!?

Hi, I have a programme on my computer all about dogs and it has a feature where you can put in the requirements you want in a dog and it comes up with the ones most suited to your description. So ive typed in your requirements and the best matches were:

Pembroke Welsh Corgi: Normal living space requirements, sociable, obidient and energetic

Cardigan Welsh Corgi: Same as above

Keeshond: Normal living space requirements, energetic, socialable and obidient

Shiba Inu: Small living space requirements, obedient, socialable and average energetic

Poodle: Small living space requirements, socialable, obidient and average energetic

Entlebucher Sennehund: Normal living space requirements, socialable, obedient and average energetic

German Pinscher: Normal living space requirements, obedient, socialable and average energetic

Some of them are a bit rare but at least there's a few breeds to have a look at! Hope this helps!

i have a border collie, do NOT get a border collie if you aren't sure u can devote the time. i can confidently say that i can NOT devote the time to her she needs(we inherited her). she is awesome, smart, beautiful(everything you already know about the breed) but i just wish i had more time to walk her and run her because it makes her sooo happy. so, thats just my opinion but i feel bad when i can't give her what she deserves.

Have you lived in Australia ? is there a lot of xenophobia, bigotry ?. I plan to live there.?

I'd like to live and work in Australia. I have American nationality,am a professional, I was born in Colombia, I look very European. What your experience was living in Australia ? were you looked down many times by rabid nationalists? I appreciate your help.

Have you lived in Australia ? is there a lot of xenophobia, bigotry ?. I plan to live there.?

G'day,

I always like Kella's and Mouse's answers for this kind of questions.

Like Mouse, I am an immigrant from South-East Asia and have been living in Melbourne for over 16 years and never regret the move at all. I do not have Caucasian appearance, I speak English with an accent and I still feel like I am born in this country all along. My neighbors are combinations of immigrants and true blue Aussies and we are getting along very well. Racism will always be there in any country, but I definitely do not feel it here.

Unfortunately, there are some immigrants who prefer to stick to their own fellow-countrymen b'cos it is easier to speak in their mother-tongue and cultural similarity. Some even go as far as critising Australian ppl way of life which I dun think it is right, no matter how you want to see it.

As Kella %26amp; Mouse said... learn what Australian do, but of course it does not means that you have to go home drunk every night for having too much good time with your mates in the pub/bar ;)

I would also suggest for you to come for a holiday and spend abt 2weeks here, visit some of the capital cities and see yourself different aspect of life in different cities, so you can pretty much have a better picture of life in Australia.

Good luck and welcome to Australia.

Have you lived in Australia ? is there a lot of xenophobia, bigotry ?. I plan to live there.?

I have only been to Sidney once but have done a lot of traveling. especially in Europe. And almost always there is at least one or two Australians on tour. It is not that they want to leave so badly, they just seem to be very interested in other people and other countries----never met such a people friendly country.

Have you lived in Australia ? is there a lot of xenophobia, bigotry ?. I plan to live there.?

No mate you will be welcome to our country, what gets up our noses are the small minority that try and change our way of life.I am Australian,I grew up in a community that housed European people who migrated to Australia and a lot of us became very good friends.

Have you lived in Australia ? is there a lot of xenophobia, bigotry ?. I plan to live there.?

Referring to "Rabid Nationlists" (or holding on to the premise that "the best defence is a good offence) sounds a teeny bit paranoid and is probably not the best way to win friends and influence people downunder.LOL

There are bigots in every country. Ignorance is not exclusive to one race, color or creed.

Australia is no exception, but mostly you will find us friendly %26amp; welcoming. We are one of the most multicultural nations in the world and we embrace that enthusiastically, enjoying the many benefits it brings..

We love our country and we love our cultural diversity. The welcome mat is out for anyone who wants to be a part of it and treats our lifestyle with respect. - Come on down!

Have you lived in Australia ? is there a lot of xenophobia, bigotry ?. I plan to live there.?

If you adapt to us instead of expecting us to adapt to you, you will do just fine.

Have you lived in Australia ? is there a lot of xenophobia, bigotry ?. I plan to live there.?

You just have to remember you are in Australia not America and you will fit in just fine.

Have you lived in Australia ? is there a lot of xenophobia, bigotry ?. I plan to live there.?

Racism is everywhere in the world and you will find some here in Australia as well.

But generally - Australians are very welcoming. There are a lot of different nationalities living here and Australians don't care what colour you are - as long as you treat other people the same way you want to be treated, you will be fine. (and when I say "Australians" I do not mean "white people" I mean EVERYONE)

One warning - Aussies have a sarcastic sense of humour. Someone may say something to you which you might think it is offensive - but it could be a light hearted comment. That is something you will have to get used to. It is Australia culture.

DO NOT expect the culture here to change to suit you. You are coming here - you have to change to suit it. Australians are very accepting but what we don't like are people who come here and then complain (and whinge and whine) that it is not like back home or how this is better back where you came from.

I have lived here for over 30 years and I don't think I have ever experienced racism. I am of Asian origin.

Hope this helps

Have you lived in Australia ? is there a lot of xenophobia, bigotry ?. I plan to live there.?

Mate, come on over.

Do you like a cold one??

Why do live anchovies start to die once they're put in a bucket?

When I go out on a charter boat to fish in the SF bay or the ocean, they stock up on a large amount of live anchovies. They seem to do fine when they are in the live-well, but once they are put in buckets for use as bait, they start to weaken and eventually die. Why does that happen? What is different about the bucket and the live-well for the bait?

Why do live anchovies start to die once they're put in a bucket?

It's the oxygen. A bucket of water only has so much oxygen in it. If you put 3-4 anchovies in a 3-gallon bucket they'll use up the oxygen in about 5-10 minutes. The bait tanks on the boat are constantly pumping fresh seawater through the tanks -- fast enough to completely change the water in under 10 minutes.

There are pocket-sized aerators I've seen used which can keep a bucket of anchovies alive for long periods. I remember once as a kid seeing guys go to the old Monstad pier at Redondo with a 20-gallon ice-chest equipped with an aerator, buy a few dozen anchovies, and roll the ice-chest a quarter mile to the little pier inside the harbor, where there were bonito, but no live bait. They used those baits for an hour or more while the rest of us were stuck with frozen anchovies and ineffective lures. They caught fish, we didn't.

That being said, at least the southern California boats have small (6" by 18" by 3 inches deep or so) handwells on the sides of the bait tanks, and anchovies (or sardines or whatever baitfish) can live in them for hours. We don't put baits in buckets, we take them straight out of the handwells and pin them on the hook.

Why do live anchovies start to die once they're put in a bucket?

The live well keeps baitfish fresh and alive. Flow-through systems (versus recirculating) replenish fresh, oxygen-rich water and eliminate harmful waste buildup

Why do live anchovies start to die once they're put in a bucket?

Hey I fish s.f bay and the farrallons alot. Anchovies need alot of circulated water.

Why do live anchovies start to die once they're put in a bucket?

try to put some sea-weed in the bucket. it should block out the sun, filter the water, and add in some oxygen

Why do live anchovies start to die once they're put in a bucket?

Very simple ~ movement of water = aeration which supplies oxygen to them ;)...

Why do live anchovies start to die once they're put in a bucket?

The answer is probably either a decreased oxygen level , a change in water temperature, or when they were transfered their slime layer was damaged. An oxygenated and cooled bait bucket may solve this. or try some icecubes(noncloronated water). There are some water additives for bait available commercially to help maintain their slime layer in captivity.

Do lions live in the jungle?

do lions live in the jungle? i thought they lived in the grassy areas. do any live like in the jungle jungles with monkey and leopards.

Do lions live in the jungle?

there is a subspecies, called Panthera leo persica that used to inhabit territories ranging from Greece to central India; now they are only a few individuals left in the Gir Forest area in the state of Gujarat (that's in India);Asiatic lions are slightly smaller than their African cousins Though they have a less well developed mane, Asiatic lions have thicker elbow tufts and a longer tail tuft.

At the present time the Gir National Park and Lion Sanctuary is the only place to see Asiatic lions in the wild.

Leopards do not live in jungles;perhaps you mean jaguars;), found in South America;no lions there :)

Do lions live in the jungle?

Lions live primarily in the plains, though they are also found in forests and deserts.

Do lions live in the jungle?

No the present day lions live in Grassy plains...lions are found only on the African Savannah's and Central India......in Africa they are found in Botswana, Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia....in India they are only found in Gir forest....even monkeys and leopards do live in grass lands...

Do lions live in the jungle?

A few live in the jungles of India. In Africa they live on the savannah.

Does musiciansfriend.com have an online LIVE customer support? Like where you can talk to an agent?? I coulden't find it and I thought I saw one there before. Is there any other online music store that has LIVE online support that you know of??

Question about musiciansfriend.com!!?

There is a toll-free, 24-hour telephone number listed in the Contact Us page, under "Telephone and Fax Numbers": (800) 391-8762.

There are also two e-mailing forms (see "E-mail a Question" and "E-mail General Comments"), as well a mailing address where you could always write if all else fails.

Good luck!

Question about musiciansfriend.com!!?

Not sure what you are needing, but I've been able to call their 800-number and get a real, live person to address my problems (one was to replace an item broken in shipment, the other was to get a fair-market price).

So, yes...there should be someone (live) to talk to.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

my boyfriends parents are very religious and think it is wrong of me to live with their son. We are both adults in college and financially it would be best for both of us. It is a good location right next to the college and it is cheap to live there. We can also have our 3 pets (no other affordable apartments allow pets in this town!) I don't see what the problem is.

Isn't this idea of no living together outdated? Maybe 2000 years ago there were reasons why it was bad but times change. Why do people still think it's so evil to live with your b/f or g/f?

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

I wouldn't say that the idea is outdated in a static and chronological fashion. Social maturity advances and regresses in cycles. Sophistication and enlightenment tend towards cumulative improvement in a society, but the gears of progress do slow down and grind to a halt at times; sometimes they even send a society on a (fortunately) temporary but nevertheless disturbing backwards roll into a sorrier state.

So, to answer your question, I would say that if you have matured and wisened to a point that allows you to analyze your moral behaviour in a more objective and logical manner (and you by all accounts seem to've reached that point), then it would be perfectly accurate to say that social conventions opposing cohabitation, though they are not outdated per se, are certainly outdated for *you*.

Put a better way: opposition to two people living together, the idea itself, hasn't changed at all; rather, the idea is outdated because you *yourself* have *outgrown* it.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

I live with my g/f...so what

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

I think its perfectly acceptable as long as the two people are consenting adults.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

There is nothing wrong with it. Tell him to tell his parents to go eff themselves.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

well, overly religious people don't think that couples should live together or have sex before marriage. in my opinion, there's nothing wrong with living with your bf or gf. I actually think it's good because once two people start living under the same roof, their "true selves" are revealed. so i think it's best to at least attempt to live together before marriage to see if it'll really work out.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

Nope. And if they don't agree with living together out of wedlock, they don't have to do it. Hopefully your boyfriend stands up to his parents and does what is best for you and not them. If he doesn't, then he ain't worth dating.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

The bible calls sex before marriage "fornication" and it is forbidden by God. That's why they are against it.

I lived with my husband before we were married, too, even though I was a devout Christian because he couldn't afford a place of his own and I allowed him to live with me to help him out. We didn't have sex either because I wouldn't. My pastor at the time condemned me for living with him but I told him it was only plutonic but I don't think he believed me. But I felt it was the right thing to do and I maintained my morals. No one can judge you. That's between you, your bf and God.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

It isn't evil. His parents are behind the times. Ignore them. My mother is the same way...I don't listen to her really. Just explain to them its best for the both of you and if they don't like it there is nothing they can do with it. You are both adults and able to make your own decisions.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

i didn't live with my bf before marriage not only for my christian views but for legal views also. i was still trying to build my own credit and my career. i wanted to be very independent. but if my bf's parents didn't like the idea, i would still have to respect his parents. wouldn't want any bad blood between us.

if you break up...think about the legal issues you two can get into because you own an apartment together. pets and all.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

because you might get a disease

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

amen, sister.... Your boyfriend's parents have no direction in your lives, it all about you two. You two make your OWN choices on what the two of you do together. Its not like his parents have power over their ADULT SON! They need to stop their whining...

I just have a bit of a problem with over-religious people..... heh, this one time I told a priest that there was no such thing as.... never mind......... :P

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

it is not wrong to live together. it might be hard, you guys might break up because of it eventually. but is it wrong? no.

if you and him both agree that it is what you want to do, then screw his parents. this is your life, not theirs. you both are adults, you are old enough now to make your own decisions. good luck and have fun with each other, i hope it works out for you guys!!

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

Its because you can't have sex until marriage. Obviously if you live together u gonna have sex. Well... I live with my bf too.

My mom lived with my dad before they got married... and they are still married now (30 years i think). She is a christian but she is okay with us living together.. even tho its wrong in God's eyes. when i took us to couple counseling at a church he said that divorce rate in my city was like ohh.. 72% and that if we want God to make it work we have to:

1. Not live together

2. Get in church

God won't make a rocky relationship work because you are sinning (having sex before marriage) and asking him a favor at he same time. even if i did move we will prob still sleep with eahc other u know. So i decided not to move. I just hope that he decides to get in church but he has little interest.

And he invited me to live with him in the apt so if we break up its all on him now.. whatever the legal issues are.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

While living together isn't really a bad thing, it does a few things. The Bible teaches to avoid appearing evil. Well, with you two living together people will assume things, and that will tarnish your character with them. Also, there is a serious temption risk there to give into the flesh like you wouldn't believe.. that is why his parents think that its wrong.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

Well in general, if you are living together, you are sharing a bed and doing - oh my god it is just to horrible to say it - and out of wed lock. You will be DAMNED TO HELL! God religion is funny. What does he think about it? Is he as religious as they are? Yes it is outdated, and unnecessary. Come on people, wake up and smell the humus.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

I'm Christian and I do not believe that it is wrong. It is only wrong, in my opinion, if you are having sex before getting married.

I guess they do not want you two to live together because of how it will look.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

every church and its deciples will tell you that it is disrespectful to the institution of marriage to simply live together without the benifit of marriage. if you feel so strongly about this young man, you should marry him and save on the rent with your husband. if you dont feel this measure of commitment or he doesnt feel it, the both of you should save on the rent with the same sex. dont let money pervent you from gaining a spot in our Heavenly Fathers house. the time you spend in a house with a boyfriend is like a grain of sand on the beach. the time you spend in our Heavenly Fathers house is without end.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

It's not wrong. It's just against some dogma. Don't worry about it. It's between you and him and his parents can stay out of it.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

No it is not outdated to believe this way, the time period you are speaking of is an era where people actually had morals. Pre-marital sex is a sin, that is why his parents are against it. So many people believe since this is a new age everybody else is doing it, that makes the situation okay. You were not looking for a true response you were looking for people to agree with what you are doing. I for one rather stay with the ole school gang and keep my stuff to my self until I am married.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

Why are you pushing the envelope when you know within your heart or conscience it is wrong! God told us if we are to be approved by Him we must be holy as He is holy.

The wide road is full with people who have gone their own way, but in the end it leads to death. But the narrow gate few find as it is too nice to hang around with similar kinds of people. Your boyfriend parents are speaking the truth, why don't you listen to them? Rebelliousness is like witchcraft in God eyes, so why not walk a different way than on the wide road?

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

Parents will always try to look out for their children and for the most part they try to bring them up to believe what they feel is right. My pre-marriage councellor told me that couples who live together before marriage are 60% more likely to divorce than if they hadn't. I did it. I think I know what she's talking about now. When you live together as gf/bf and the going gets tough, you can always pack your bags and leave. That's the end of it. It's that easy. This kind of mind-set is dangerous. Once you're married it is not that easy. It has to be a serious decision involving lawyers and such. Getting into that mind-set is like telling your sub-conscience that you are giving seperation/divorce an option. Don't know if that came out right...

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

The idea of living together is wrong in the eyes of God. God said if a man lays with a woman so shall he marry her. There was a reason for this and so many people today have started just living together and not thinking about the reason they should be married.

If you live together then either one of you can leave the other any time. There is no committment to the relationship at all. You give yourself to him and him to you in your love making and then he walks out the door because after all he can. He can go down the street and make love to any other woman he wants because you are not his wife. You have no power over him and he has none over you to stay true to one another.

To give yourself in marriage is to be as one and as long as you just live together you are still two different people with no rights to the other. And... then if you got pregnant and had a child then your child would be called a name that no child should be called.

You may think well we love each other and we will stay together but you are not together! You are just room mates in the same house committing a sin.

I would hate it if my daughter did this. It would break my heart too. If this guy really loves you then he would respect you enough to make you a honorable woman and not what he is making you into.

You will be called a kept woman by his parents and maybe a few worse words. Now do you want his parents to care about you? What if you do want to marry someday? They will be your parents then. Best think about what harm you could do to all that are concerned.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

Peace.....the parents may be concerned that eventually education will be put on the back burner, you could get pregnant prior to marriage, the relationship would end and there could be a child and with or without a child have to move on to try the same thing all over again and then perhaps lose again - again - and again - this can be very painful for many reasons. They are protecting you both, not thinking you are big time sinners.....God Bless! "orthros"

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

Nobody has the right to judge or tell another adult how to live his/her life. As adults, you don't have to explain your choices to anyone--including your b/f's parents. His parents have a right to their beliefs, but if you two are adults, they should respect you as adults and mind their own business.

And to the person who said getting married gives you power over the other person and keeps him/her from having sex with other people, your reasoning is seriously diluted. Marriage doesn't give you power over anyone. It doesn't keep people from cheating. And it doesn't guarantee a lifelong commitment. And as far as his parents liking and respecting her after they're married, they don't have to like her, but they should respect their son by showing her respect.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

Its not a good idea and here's why:

1. You're going to have a harder time hooking up with a better guy when he comes along. And he will come along.

2. Your going to get stuck doing most of the household chores. Its always been that way.

3. Your practical reasons are lame. Get some romance in your life! Pets? Affordable apartment? Good location? Jeez, you sound like a Senior on Social Security.

4. If you don't want to think of religious dictates as divine instructions, then think of them as wisdom distilled by the ancients from mistakes made over the millenia.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

Traditionally, premarital sex is the sin of fornication--a less serious sin than adultery, but a sin nevertheless. Of course, if you want to live together to share expenses, keep your pets, and get used to each other's idiosyncrasies as preparation for marriage, but without having sex, why not?

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

I can see what your trying to say but in my religion it is completely forbidden to live with your partner before marriage and have no sexual contact whatsoever.Everyone has different beliefs so do whatever you feel is right for you and your partner!

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

It is better to know the person that you are planning to spend the rest of your life with before you take vows. There is wisdom in living together first.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

Why are you saying that it is wrong? There will be many things in your life that someone will disagree. That is their opinion.

Example: You use electricity in your apartment? There are people that believe that is against their religion, you must decide for yourselves what is right or wrong and not worry about others..

If you both believe you want to live together, show respect to his parents and tell them you decision and they should respect your choice.

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

if you have to ask I could never explain..

Why is it wrong to live with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

If you're having sex outside of marriage, it IS!

I just purchased one med live rock for my saltwater tank and I believe I see floating worms. Is this

Before my newly live rock all I had were dead rocks now I have one live %26amp; 4 dead rock, two clowns, cleaner shrimp, red general star fish, hermits and snails. All in a 40 gallon tank that 2 1/2 months old. So back to the 3 worms on the side of the glass...I know there are live species on the rocks but are worms one of them? If so what else should I be looking for so I won't trip out like I did with the worms. Also what can I get to eat the worms. What are good things on live rock and what are bad species on live rocks. The hermit and snails love the rock... so does the shrimp. The fish and the star fish has gotten close to it but that it.So fish lovers out there...please help me with these wormssssssss.

I just purchased one med live rock for my saltwater tank and I believe I see floating worms. Is this possible?

There are normally quite a few worm species that can be found in live rock, but most burrow into the rock and don't float. These can range from nice finds (small feather dusters) to bristleworms (that have bristles that sting if you touch them).

Do your worms appear to be alive (moving)? Could you describe them a little better (size, color)? The type they are will determine what may eat them.

And if you have good live rock, you'll probably find more than just worms - there should be shrimp, sponges, and all sorts of things you'll be finding for weeks to come (especially if you look in the tank at night!).

Do you like to live where you live, or would you prefer to live somewhere else?

If so, where do you live and where would you like to live?

And why?

Do you like to live where you live, or would you prefer to live somewhere else?

I do not really like where I live because it is a very small town and I am related to everyone. I would really like to live in New York or France. Why those two places? Because they are full of culture and life. And where I live I do not get great ex-poser to culture or life sometimes.

Do you like to live where you live, or would you prefer to live somewhere else?

I want to go back to where my grandparents came from...Calabria, Italy.

I was told that life over there hasn't changed much.

They still get two to three hours break in the middle of the working day, to spend with family.

The rat race in America is not worth it.

Do you like to live where you live, or would you prefer to live somewhere else?

i moved from ohio here to florida i love it here. my next move would be to the bahamas, i wish!!!

Live draft?

A FRIEND WANTS TO START A LEAGUE AND BELIEVES HE CAN CONDUCT A LIVE DRAFT FOR A FULL LEAGUE ON ONE (1) COMPUTER. I TOLD HIM IT'S GOT TO BE IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE OF ALL THE ACTIVITY DURING A DRAFT( CHECKING AVALIABLE PLAYERS, LINING UP MOVES, ETC.). I'VE DONE LIVE DRAFTS BEFORE AND HAVE BEEN COMMISH ALSO. I DON'T SEE HOW HE COULD DO IT.

HAS ANYONE EVER BEEN ABLE TO DO WHAT HE PROPOSES AND IF SO, HOW WAS IT ACCOMPLISHED.

THANKS.

Live draft?

Don't do that. Everyone will be complaining throughout the draft. Way too difficult to pull off..

Live draft?

he probably could but it would be hard you have people tell you the player you want and he puts it in and you have lists to cross off the players you want that have been taken

Live draft?

It would be almost impossibe to do, since Yahoo automatically drafts if the person isn't in the draft room at the right time. Also I can see it leading to a lot of confusion. I would definetely try to stay away from doing that.

My parents live in India and i live with my guardians in US. How do i fill out the FAFSA form??

I am in high school and my parents live in India. I live here in US with my guardians. I want to show the income of my parents rather than my guardians because I would be eligible for low income grant for college. How do I go about this???

My parents live in India and i live with my guardians in US. How do i fill out the FAFSA form??

First you need to check to make sure you meet all citizen requirements to receive federal student aid. Then call 1-800-4FEDAID for help with the other question.

I think you need to use the guardians income, but ask at the financial aid office of your school. They are going to want your parents US tax forms in order to complete the application, do your parents have US income and they file taxes here?

How can I live in SC not be bord and still see my family.

Nothing too costly? or maybe live here and find something to do here thats similiar in SC to NY?

Im from NY and Live and SC. Need Advice?

There's nothing like NY here in SC. I take it you like the city lifestyle. NY is a whole different culture then here in SC.

That being said, you could check out some of the larger cities like Greenville, Columbia, or Charleston. There is something always going on in one of those cities.

I am REALTOR here in SC and I have spent time in NY. My favorite places are Columbia and Charleston. I live near Columbia so I can always find something to do and love to city life. Charleston is my other favorite place to go for a change in scenery. Both are great places to check out.

Im from NY and Live and SC. Need Advice?

There's NOTHING in SC that would remind me of NYC. Charleston at night is about as close as it gets...

Should I let my live in boyfriend have any say in how I disipline?

my kids?? His kids are younger %26amp; are only here on weekends, my kids are teen %26amp; pre-teen %26amp; live here. My husband %26amp; I fought alot about this and I feel it ruined us, he knows he CAN'T spank but should he tell me what to do with them or correct them, we live in his house?!? He does kinda baby his kids %26amp; doesn't make them follow the same rules as harsh as he expects mine to, because their younger %26amp; not here as often is what he says, the ages are6,9,11.%26amp;14 so there is a age gap. My daughter doesn't want to live with me though because he butts in when i correct her, but she is disrepectful to me, and him. So should I let her live with her dad? that's what she wants to do.

Should I let my live in boyfriend have any say in how I disipline?

I was in this same situation except I was the child. My stepdad lived with us for 10 years before they were married If you expect this man to be part of your life for a very long time regardless if you plan on marrying or not then yes he should have a say in how you discipline especially since the children live with both of you. If you don't respect his opinion then your children won't either. The only problem I see is that he's treating his children differently. All the kids should be treated the same regardless of whether they stay with you all the time or just on the weekends. If you treat children differently your kids will pick up on that as well. As far as your daughter is concerned. If her father is a good dad, and she's having alot of trouble coping then it's not a bad idea to let her stay with her dad if she wants to, but if you think it's just a phase she's going through don't let her go because she'll probably get over it. Most importantly don't send your daughter away just because you want to. Make sure it's a good idea for both of you. Then let her know you still love and care for her and when she's ready to come back you'll be waiting.

Should I let my live in boyfriend have any say in how I disipline?

I would never loose one of my babies over a guy. Nope. Never ever.

Should I let my live in boyfriend have any say in how I disipline?

Boy I would like to just tell you that if you earn you own money and are able to stay in a motel for the weekends you have your kids then do that. I did it with my son. I was married to a guy for six months because of this dilemma. My son lived with us full time and his did not. But when they came over he would expect me to take them shopping or out to eat. My opinion is that their mother gets child support so I did not see why we had to take them out. He did discipline my son when we were together because I would not like my son to think that he could disrespect him ever. But a divorce was just better for us because my son comes first. Good Luck.

Should I let my live in boyfriend have any say in how I disipline?

If you and your boyfriend are going to be in a long term relationship then you two need to work this out. You two need to sit down and come to agreement exactly what the rules are for the kids and what the discipline is. These rules need to be consistent and evenly applied to all the kids regardless of who's they are, how old they are, or how often they live in the house. That way no one can be upset or feel mistreated because there are set rules and punishments and there is no question about what is going to happen or one person thinking one thing and the other another way. As parents you have to be united and consistent when setting rules and disciplining your kids.

Should I let my live in boyfriend have any say in how I disipline?

Put your foot down now, no way no how do you discipline my kids. I let my hubby start that and he took over like a bull. He belittles my kid all the time, even though she's an honor student doesn't drink, smoke, do drugs. He calls her a slob and tells her she's lazy, all because her room is a pig sty, who cares it's her room I say, As long as she gets good grades and isn't hanging out on the street like most of the other kids her age, I'm happy. Yeah you should let her live with her Dad if he is reponsible and wants her there also.

Should I let my live in boyfriend have any say in how I disipline?

You guy are living together so you should agree on terms. he can give you advice on how to discipline your children and he can help you. If they get disrespectfull with him he should be able to tell them is wrong. and should be able to do the same thing with his kids when they come around. now your kids come first to you, and his kids come first to him. You guys have to talk about it and come up with an agreement. but dont argue Is just talking.

Should I let my live in boyfriend have any say in how I disipline?

Let her live with her dad. A live-in boyfriend/girlfriend shouldn't have input on how the other person is raising kids, unless of course abuse is involved.

If the situation is stressing you out too much, then get a job or a better one and move out. Maybe you could still see the guy, but I think it'd be better not to have to deal with that stress on an everyday basis.

Should I let my live in boyfriend have any say in how I disipline?

First, sit down with your boyfriend and come to an agreement as to how ALL the kids are going to be disciplined. If he can't be equal in all the discipline then you need to find a new guy that will respect your children as much as his. It is never OK for someone to treat his kids differently than your. If he loves you and your kids he will treat them the same.Your daughter is acting out because she is confused and scared. She needs to feel that she is loved and safe no matter what. She is also a teenager. She is going to act out. She is testing boundaries.

Should I let my live in boyfriend have any say in how I disipline?

You are the mother of your children, which is why you are the one to decide how to discipline them. Your boyfriend can give you advice or suggestions if he wants to, but he shouldn't interfere at any level, on the way you raise your own kids. Talk to your daughter about this whole thing, let her explain you what bothers her and try to find a way to make it better for everybody.

It is very important that you show your daughter that you care and that you want her to live in your home, that will be enormously encouraging for her to stay with you.

Why do indigenous people live so primitive in this day and age?

How is it noble or desireable to live in a tent or shoot seals and whales, or hunt for deer year round, and live like primitive savages?

The indigenous people of England don't still live in grass huts in the bogs. They built a fine nation with sophisticated banking industry etc. The indigenous people of france don't still live in caves. It's basically the immigrants of these countries that are destroying them.

The situation is reversed or at least muddled in America:

The indians of North and South america still insist on sleeping on dirt, and the immigrants made the country great, and now the next wave of immigrants are destroying us.

Weird how this stuff happens.

Why do indigenous people live so primitive in this day and age?

I will not try to correct your flawed logic on this question as that would take far more space than is alloted here. Yes, the English were colonized by the Romans, and English society was organized according to the Roman structure. Yet, as many historians will tell you, indigenous cultures, even those that remain viable today, were far from primitive at the point of colonization , and are far from primitive today.

William Pitt made this point in England over 200 years ago, when he pointed out in a speech to Parliament that British trafficking in slaves was very comparable to the Roman evaluation of the native Britons- that they were basically uneducated chattle- when in fact the native British societies were highly advanced for their time. Get with the 18th century, dude.

The main differentiation between the groups you're using as examples lies in their use of electricity-derived technology- and this mainly because the indigenous people who choose to live on their traditional land frequently see this land whisked away from them under something of an "eminent domain" law without the restitution. In other words, they have been slowly been losing capital to theft, and yet they are expected to defend themselves as a larger nation would, and on top of that, buy dishwashers.

If you evaluate these cultures by complexity of thought, and philosophical scope, they are at least as advanced as those cultures of the developed world.

Your evaluation of the Indians of North and South America is way off base, though. Have you ever been to an Indian reservation? They live in houses, they do have dishwashers and cell phones, most work outside the reservation- in local cities- and they most definitely sleep on beds.

And as far as South America goes, the same applies.

And just so you know, very few peoples ever "just slept on dirt." What- exactly- are your sources?

And as far as immigrants ruining this economy- people have been saying this about immigrants since Jamestown. Do you really think there was some happy golden age where the English weren't complaining about the Scots, the Scots about the Irish, the Irish about the Africans? Benjamin Franklin didn't have enough witticisms for the uncouth German-American settlers (or "Palatine boors" as he called them). We're a snippy little country when it comes to nationalism.

Why do indigenous people live so primitive in this day and age?

Unless exposed to modern technology, those that live in a more primitive setting will remain in a primitive setting. Many have been exposed to modern things, but choose to live their own ways due to fear of change and fear of corruption of their sacred ways. For the most part though, you can't miss what you never had. Besides, becoming modern would require most tribes to be reliant on those that supply those modern things along with the energy to run them. That's a big no-no for many groups.

Also such changes would be too shocking to go from a primitive setting, to a modern setting with electricity, cell phones, computers, etc. It would have to be gradual if such tribes would want to change.

As for the Native Americans here, most have modern housing and it's anemities. Those that choose to "sleep on dirt" as you would say, do this for show or to maintain some semblance of their culture.

As for the rest of us that are "modern," this is only because we were born in an established system that was forced upon our ancestors. Even the English had their primitive wars until the dominant group conquered and changed everything. In the end, it's about power and money.

Norton 360 - Live Update problem. Error 5.?

Can anyone shed some light on this matter PLEASE? I bought Norton 360 a few months ago, and let's just say it's been quite temperamental since. The latest hiccup now is that Live Update refuses to work. When I try to run it, it disconnects and I get the following messge "Live Update could not complete. Error 5".

I've tried checking on Symantec's own website but all they basically do is to give some half-assed instructions to go about running Live Update manually (which still have the same useless impact). And then the only other solution from them is to wait for two weeks and hopefully a patch will be done. Again this seems to be very unlikely as I've heard of some people with this same problem going back some months.

Any help on this would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Norton 360 - Live Update problem. Error 5.?

Don't know if this will help, but you might be able to talk live with a supervisor who can walk you through some trouble shooting steps. The Norton tech support number is 1-800-441-7234.

plrr

Xbox Live questions (I'm a big n00b to this stuff)?

OK so for Christmas I was thinking about getting a Xbox. I want to get live with it so I can play halo 3. Is Xbox Live the system? DO you have to pay for it?

Xbox Live questions (I'm a big n00b to this stuff)?

Ok Xbox Live is the subscription that you could pay with your credit card or just buy the 1 month ($7.99), 3 month ($19.99), or 12 month ($49.99) subscription you could buy these at any Gamestop or any store like Best Buy or Target

http://www.gamestop.com/search.asp?Ntk=T...

Xbox Live questions (I'm a big n00b to this stuff)?

Xbox live (XBL) is a subscription. It lets you play any "live" game on the xbox. And yes you have to pay for it. Don't worry though. It is only $50 a year.

Xbox Live questions (I'm a big n00b to this stuff)?

It is well worth the $50 eveyone complains about. Sony's playstation network is free but if you use it after using live you will why it is free. If I had a service that bad I would feel bad charging people money for it too.

Xbox Live questions (I'm a big n00b to this stuff)?

Also, Xbox Live only works with a broadband connection.

People live life with race in mind?

%26gt;"Assuming that people care about race is being racist in itself."

So this question is racism in itself because I'm caring race in mind.

People live life with race in mind?(People see the difference but don't care?)

Or not many people live life with race in mind?(People even don't see the difference?)

People live life with race in mind?

being racist is not about thinking bout race,

i don't even believe its about your opinion about a race,

its about discrimination because of someones race weather this be in a positive or negative way.

People live life with race in mind?

Race is the furthest thing from my mind... I couldn't care less about that issue.

People live life with race in mind?

It really doesnit matter a whole lot to me except I won't watch black movies (racist by your definition) .

People live life with race in mind?

I never understood why it made any difference. I judge a person by who they are, not their skin tone.

People live life with race in mind?

Lets be realistic. Everyone is racist in one way or the other. Racism gets worse only when it becomes too much. A little bit of it is present no matter where you go in the world.

People live life with race in mind?

thinking about race does not make you racism. it just means that you recognize that people are different. for some people, this difference is scary and that is why they discriminate against people who looks a certain way. others see this difference and ignore it. they refuse to accept it and deal with it. still others tolerate this difference and celebrate it. being racism is beyond just thinking about race. it is about the way you respond to the diversity that exists among humans.

People live life with race in mind?

Racism is a learned attribute of humanity. People tend to fight each other simply because they disagree about something. Disagreements cause separations in society, and it has grown and expanded through the years to the point of hating someone just because they have a different spiritual belief, or different complexion, or live in certain areas. Jealousy, fear, and misunderstanding can also be forms of racism. Racism is not all about race, in my opinion, but about a person's inability to try and understand another's point of view or situation. Racism grows because a parent, or teacher expounds their beliefs and feelings of hatred to their children, and so their childred grow up with these beliefs, and in turn transfer these beliefs to their children, and so on, and so on.

People live life with race in mind?

There are different races with different colors, cultures and beliefs, but in the end they are all the same. They consist of HUMAN BEINGS.

im from the uk, birmingham u heard of it? here there is a lot of support available for the poor such as shelter etc but its never permanant, eventually some people are forced to live on the street, poor with housing manage to get by with benefits, i think life here is better fot the poorer thatn in latin america.

1st class people have big houses, flash cars etc they buy designer clothes and well waste money really

椹碒ow do you live?, 椹碒ow is the life in the UK?

Poverty is mostly relative.

The first world people live in houses with running hot water, electricity, internet, phonelines, heating (which we need over here), gardens, two cars, home insurance, holidays in the USA, go to Musical shows and drink Coco Cola!

The poor people in this country get giving a house by the government, don't have to get a job, get lots of benefits, can still afford satellite TV, and holidays in Benidorm, as well as so many designer label clothes it hurts!

However, then there are the really poor, who are homeless, but we are talking about a tiny portion of the country.
