Does musiciansfriend.com have an online LIVE customer support? Like where you can talk to an agent?? I coulden't find it and I thought I saw one there before. Is there any other online music store that has LIVE online support that you know of??

There is a toll-free, 24-hour telephone number listed in the Contact Us page, under "Telephone and Fax Numbers": (800) 391-8762.
There are also two e-mailing forms (see "E-mail a Question" and "E-mail General Comments"), as well a mailing address where you could always write if all else fails.

Not sure what you are needing, but I've been able to call their 800-number and get a real, live person to address my problems (one was to replace an item broken in shipment, the other was to get a fair-market price).
So, yes...there should be someone (live) to talk to.
