Whenever I try to play an EA Sports title for Xbox360 on Live, it says that I need an EA Account. But when I try and make one, it says that I am under 13 years old. When I initially made my Live Account it did not prompt me to ask for my age. So here I sit with this message and knowing full well I am 17 years old. I don't know what to do and I have no money to pay another 100$ to create a new Live Account. I barely had enough for this first one.
My Xbox Live Account believes Im under 13 years old when Im actually 17. Can anyone help me change this?
simple answer...call up microsoft to speak to a representative..the will guide u through your situation...believe me if it means making money they will help you out all you can.....
