I have a 2-disc live CD that I uploaded into itunes. I am looking to burn a copy for a friend. Is there anyway to burn and not get the silence between tracks. Being a live recording (where the crowd noise stays audible between tracks), it'd be a shame to burn and have that live feel broken up when a song ends.

The latest versions of iTunes come with a new option for "Gapless Albums" as they call them. All you need to do to turn this setting on is the following:
Select all your songs on the disc
Right click and select "Get Info", a window should open
Go to the bottom and change the Gapless Album setting to "Yes"
When you have your album playing through the iTunes program, there is no stoppage in play, but it doesn't work on iPods. I'm not sure about CD's, but that's how to do it anyway.
