I too live in regional NSW and the only way I managed to get full time work, apart from, it is who you know, was to take certificate courses in Aged Care. I have been a aged care nurse now for ten years and have always got work. You may not be into nursing, so look for the needs of your community and apply yourself in that direction. To be totally honest, Sydney is where the work is. Please email me if you would like to talk about this further.
