Streaming audio of a live performance real-time over internet to be played on the radio real-time?

Im in a recording studio with the nessasary audio equipment setup for a band live on stage, what we want to do is stream a live music performance through our computers accross the internet to be played live on the radio in real time (dosnt relly matter if there's a little delay),

We know how to do all the audio engineering side we just need to find out what software we would need to get a setup on both ends with the live audio/data stream?
